This Grade II listed building is located on Great James Street in Bloomsbury, an area with a rich architectural, cultural, and literary background. The majority of the street is listed by Historic England.  

Orbit Architects undertook a considered and complex Cat A refurbishment of this historic building, in order to enhance and emphasise its heritage features whilst creating a flexible and fully serviced working environment.
