Workplace design that promotes new and efficient ways of working

Multinational speciality insurance group AmTrust brought together their four London offices into one central HQ location.

Orbit carefully planned the 3,750sqm area to provide two floors of flexible open plan workspace supported by meeting, informal working and breakout spaces to maximise collaboration opportunities and encourage staff to embrace their new ways of working.

Whilst a new shared reception was created at ground floor, the first floor was designed to provide an elegant, client facing space. High quality finishes and creative use of lighting create a striking welcome space and event area.

The office areas are bright and airy, using subtle hints of colour and texture to soften the spaces and create a calming workspace with a curated selection of furniture and room types. The overall aesthetic achieved is professional and reflects the AmTrust’s values within a contemporary setting.

This fit-out project successfully brought the company together from multiple locations and allowed them to introduce new and efficient ways of working.
