Transformation of Grade II listed building to create best-in-class heritage offices

Located within London’s famed neighbourhood, Mayfair, this Grade II listed building is ornated with a double-height volume entrance which is flooded with natural light.  

Orbit Architects worked closely and collaboratively with the client and agents on this heritage property to create a luxurious working environment, and make the building the very best it can be. The brief for the refurbishment project was to create an exceptional product that would attract a premium tenant. With our deep knowledge of heritage buildings and of tenant requirements in this sector, Orbit Architects layered the building with contemporary facilities and rich design features. A new courtyard was created, net lettable area was increased, and the lift was extended to serve all floors.

The principal rooms on ground and first floors were finished to an exceptional standard. Additionally, we created a new breakout space and introduced end of journey facilities. Floors were opened up and the top floor received a contemporary treatment.
